Post Op Ltd has a zero tolerance policy against any form of modern slavery and exploitation in our business and supply chains in pursuance of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015: slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour; and human trafficking. The company agrees to act against any form of modern slavery against individuals employed by us, and our suppliers and has policies in place to combat all forms. Post Op ensures it acts with integrity and ethically in its pursuit of the fair and just treatment of all its employees and contractors.
Organisation structure and supply chains
Post Op Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Company”) is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 11978634 and with registered office address at 1 Bell Street, 2nd Floor, London, NW1 5BY, United Kingdom.
Policies against discrimination, slavery and human trafficking

Due Diligence Processes
Due diligence processes are carried out through supplier/contractor approval forms and onboarding checks. Post Op issues contractual clauses requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and carries out annual audits in line with internationally recognised ISO standards, for all external suppliers to the company.
Risk Assessment and Management
Post Op follows a structured framework to analyse and mitigate the risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking within the business. We identify risk factors within our suppliers by considering the country of origin of the goods/services, the nature of their services, any subcontractors they employ, and the accepted standards they follow.
Key Performance Indicators
Post Op Ltd is committed to the following KPIs in combatting modern slavery:
- Fair pay (and benefits, if applicable) for staff and contractors, with periodic reviews, and holding inductions, review and wellbeing meetings.
- A commitment to fair dealing in all contractual agreements with staff, suppliers and contractors.
- Reporting Concerns — the company is committed to hearing and acting on reports of exploitation, modern slavery and any associated actions by suppliers engaged by Post Op, or anyone acting on behalf of the company.
- Maintaining audits and risk assessments in line with our procedures and policies and acting on changes quickly. Changes in procedures will be communicated to staff, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders in order to minimise disruption or cause distress.
Training & Education
Post Op provides training and educational resources about modern slavery and exploitation, and how the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is enforced in its working practices. This is for staff and contractors and forms part of the induction process, in addition to the extra measures for different teams listed below:
- All staff complete an online training module on human trafficking and modern slavery.
- Recruitment and HR teams are trained in Safer Recruitment and Right to Work checks.
- Finance and procurement staff receive targeted training on ethical sourcing and supplier due diligence.
